Delete Account
Signed-in LabelInfo users can request deletion of their account and account-linked data. LabelInfo is an educational ingredient-label explainer; this is not medical advice.

How to request deletion
- Open LabelInfo and sign in with the Google account used in the app.
- Open the account area in the app.
- Choose the account deletion request option and confirm the request.
If you cannot access the app, use the Google account email connected to LabelInfo when contacting the developer through the email shown on the Google Play store listing.
Data deleted
Account deletion removes account-linked scan history, visible label text saved with those scans, saved learning items, selected learning lenses, learning activity, notification tokens, and related account rows handled by the app backend.
Data kept
LabelInfo may keep limited operational records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or service integrity. Local scan images stored on your device are removed from that device when you delete related scans, clear app data, or uninstall the app.
Before deleting
Saved educational note items, scan confidence details, ingredient awareness notes, and questions to ask a doctor, pharmacist, or qualified professional may no longer be available after deletion.
